Due to the nature of group travel planning, which involves coordination with multiple third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators), refunds are subject to the policies of these providers and our terms. We strive to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness to all parties involved.
Cancellation by You

Cancellation Timeline: Refunds depend on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms agreed upon during booking. Generally:
More than 60 days before departure: You may be eligible for a partial refund, less non-refundable deposits paid to third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) and an administrative fee.
30–60 days before departure: Partial refunds may be available, subject to third-party cancellation fees and our administrative costs.
Less than 30 days before departure: Refunds are unlikely due to non-refundable commitments with travel partners, but we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Process: We will assess your cancellation request and notify you of any eligible refund amount based on third-party policies and our terms. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days.
